I consistently leave the store with the thought: "What a nice store". They are pleasant, helpful and ..well just nice. I live in Byron and make it a point to go to HH in Kasson rather than the big box stores in Rochester.
Love it! Never a bad experience. Helpful, friendly, courteous staff! As a female I never really had a use for a hardware store until moving to Kasson. I'm there frequently. Their not just a hardware store! I have found some nice gifting items, pet treats, ( that I buy regularly), lawn furniture, the list is endless. I love our Hardware Hank! Their like family!
A great store with the best staff - very helpful and knowledgeable. While they may be a bit pricier than the big box stores, I shop here to support a great local business and because they bend over backwards to help you out with whatever your project needs. They have a surprising variety of stock for a small town store.
